A Phase 2 Open-Label Study Evaluating Tolerability and Efficacy of Navitoclax Alone or in Combination with Ruxolitinib in Subjects with Myelofibrosis (REFINE)

This study looks at a new medicine, Navitoclax, for people with a blood condition called myelofibrosis. Researchers want to see if it can shrink an enlarged spleen and improve symptoms, either on its own or with another medicine called Ruxolitinib.
