An Open-Label Phase 2a Clinical Study of the P38 Alpha Kinase Inhibitor Neflamapimod in Patients with Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB)
This study is testing a new medicine, neflamapimod, for people with a type of memory problem called Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB). It's looking at how safe the medicine is and how the body handles it, along with whether it helps with symptoms.

Clinical Study of Neflamapimod in Patients With Primary Progressive Aphasia
This study is looking at a new drug called neflamapimod for people with a rare form of dementia called nonfluent variant primary progressive aphasia (nfvPPA). We want to see if it's safe and how it affects their language and thinking.
