Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Obstructive Colon cancER First Treated by cOlostomy

This study looks at giving chemotherapy to people with a type of colon cancer that's causing a blockage, before they have surgery. It aims to see if this helps them get the best possible treatment and recovery, by potentially shrinking the tumour and dealing with tiny cancer cells.
