Nephroprotective Measures in Critically Ill Patients With Moderate/Severe Acute Kidney Injury

This study looks at how well recommended kidney-protecting steps are used in very unwell hospital patients who have developed moderate to severe acute kidney injury (AKI). We want to see if these steps help improve their kidney health and overall recovery.
