A Study to Find Out How Nerandomilast is Tolerated, Handled by the Body, and if it Helps Children and Adolescents With Interstitial Lung Disease (FIBRONEER-chILD)
This study looks at a new medicine called Nerandomilast for children and young people aged 2 to 17 with a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD). We want to see if it's safe, how the body uses it, and if it helps improve their health.

A Study to Test Whether Nerandomilast Helps People With Lungfibrosis Related to Rheumatic Diseases
This study looks at a new medicine, nerandomilast, for people with lung scarring (fibrosis) linked to rheumatic diseases. It aims to see if nerandomilast improves lung function when standard treatments haven't helped. Participants take tablets for several months, with regular check-ups.

A Study to Test Whether Nerandomilast Can Help Slow Down Changes in the Lung in People With a Family History of Pulmonary Fibrosis
This study investigates if a new drug, nerandomilast, can slow down lung changes in people aged 40+ with a family history of lung scarring (pulmonary fibrosis) and early changes seen on a lung scan. Participants receive either the drug or a dummy pill.

FIBRONEER-ACT: A Study to Test Whether Nerandomilast Helps People With Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease at Risk for Disease Progression
This study tests a new medicine called nerandomilast for people with certain types of lung scarring (fibrosing interstitial lung disease). It aims to see if the medicine can stop the disease from getting worse. Participants take the medicine or a dummy pill, and doctors check their lung health over about two years.
