Pilot study of safety and efficacy of nicotinamide (vitamin B3) in OPA1 Dominant Optic Atrophy - NICOPA1-TOL
This study is looking at a vitamin B3 treatment for Dominant Optic Atrophy. We want to see if it's safe and if it helps improve vision. We'll check for any side effects and see if people's eyesight gets better over time. It's a key stage in testing this new treatment.

Pilot study of the efficacy of nicotinamide (vitamin B3) in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy - NICOLHON
This study looks at whether vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) can help improve vision in people with Leber's Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON). Researchers will check vision changes over a year to see if the vitamin makes a difference for this eye condition.
