Nivolumab and Ipilimumab Treatment in Prostate Cancer With an Immunogenic Signature
This study is testing different doses of two drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It focuses on patients whose cancer has certain genetic ‘signatures’ that might make them more likely to respond to this type of treatment.

Postoperative Immunotherapy vs Standard Chemotherapy for Gastric Cancer With High Risk for Recurrence
This study compares two treatments for stomach or food pipe cancer that has a high chance of coming back after surgery. It's looking at whether a new immunotherapy combination works better than standard chemotherapy to prevent the cancer from returning.
