- RecruitingPhase I
A trial testing the safety and effectiveness of treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body with a tumour freezing treatment (called cryoablation) and immunotherapy
This study looks at combining a freezing treatment for cancer with immunotherapy for advanced kidney cancer. We want to see if freezing tumours first can make the body's own immune system better at fighting the cancer alongside standard medications. It's a first step to find more effective treatments.

Immunotherapy With Ipilimumab and Nivolumab Preceded or Not by a Targeted Therapy With Encorafenib and Binimetinib
This study looks at treating advanced melanoma with immunotherapy (nivolumab and ipilimumab) alone, or by starting with targeted therapy (encorafenib and binimetinib) for 12 weeks first. It aims to see if adding the targeted therapy first improves how long people live without their cancer growing.
