Antibiotics for Delirium in Older Adults With No Clear Urinary Tract Infection

This study looks at whether antibiotics help older adults with confusion (delirium) when bacteria are found in their urine but they don't have clear signs of a urine infection. Many confused older people get antibiotics, but we don't know if this really helps their confusion.
