Guiding Opioid Administration by Nociception Level Index (NOL) in Patients With Regional Anesthesia

This study looks at a new way to measure pain levels during surgery for people having general and regional anaesthesia. It aims to see if using a device called NOL can help doctors give the right amount of pain medicine (opioids) to reduce pain after surgery and improve recovery.
