Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of NT 201 (Botulinum Toxin) With Placebo for the Treatment of Lower Limb Spasticity Caused by Stroke or Traumatic Brain Injury
This study looks at a new treatment called NT 201 for muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the legs, often caused by stroke or head injury. We want to see if it works better than a dummy treatment and how safe it is.

A Study of NT 201 in Adults With Moderate to Severe Platysma Prominence in Europe (PLATINUM EU)
This study looks at a new treatment called NT 201 for prominent neck bands (platysma prominence). It compares NT 201 to a dummy treatment to see if it's safe and effective for adults with moderate to severe neck bands.
