The Effect of Mediterranean Diet and Mindfulness Eating on Depression Severity in People With Obesity and Major Depressive Disorder

This study looks at how a Mediterranean diet and mindful eating might help people with both depression and obesity. Participants will try different approaches for 12 weeks, followed by a check-up period, to see if these changes improve their mood.
