Olaparib + Elacestrant clinical trials

Evaluating the Addition of Elacestrant (Oral SERD) to Olaparib (PARP-inhibitor) in Patients With Advanced/Metastatic HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

This study looks at adding a drug called elacestrant to olaparib for patients with a certain type of advanced breast cancer and a BRCA gene change. It hopes to see if this combination works better than olaparib alone.
