Durvalumab With or Without Olaparib as Maintenance Therapy After First-Line Treatment of Advanced and Recurrent Endometrial Cancer

This study is looking into new ways to treat advanced or recurrent womb cancer. We're testing a combination of medicines called durvalumab and olaparib, given after initial chemotherapy, to see if they can help patients live longer and better.
