Kappa Free Light Chains (KFLC) in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS)
This study looks at how useful two tests, kappa free light chains (KFLC) and oligoclonal bands, are for diagnosing multiple sclerosis (MS) and clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) in spinal fluid. Researchers want to see if KFLC is as good as, better than, or worse than the current standard test.
