A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Inavolisib Plus Fulvestrant Compared With Alpelisib Plus Fulvestrant in Participants With HR-Positive, HER2-Negative, PIK3CA Mutated, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer Post CDK4/6i and Endocrine Combination Therapy
This study looks at two drug combinations, inavolisib with fulvestrant, and alpelisib with fulvestrant, for advanced breast cancer that has specific genetic changes and has already been treated with certain therapies. It aims to see which combination works better and is safer.

Pilot trial of omeprazole in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (PPIPF Study)
This study tests whether omeprazole, a common medicine for stomach acid, can reduce coughing in people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Participants take either omeprazole or a dummy capsule twice a day for three months to see if stopping acid reflux helps soothe irritated lungs.

Omeprazole for babies born early or full-term, who are experiencing reflux
This study looks at whether omeprazole helps babies with severe acid reflux. Reflux is very common, but severe symptoms can cause pain and poor feeding. Researchers want to find out if omeprazole is truly safe and effective, comparing it against a dummy medicine to improve future NHS care.
