This study looks at a new, simple eye scan to help diagnose a heart condition called microvascular angina (MVA). MVA causes chest pain but doesn't show up on standard heart scans. Researchers are comparing the eye scan results with current, more invasive heart tests to see if it could be a useful, easier diagnostic tool.
