Optic Nerve Sheath Ultrasound in Giant Cell Arteritis

This study looks at using a simple ultrasound scan of the eye's nerve to help diagnose and keep an eye on a condition called Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA). We want to see if this scan can spot new GCA and check how patients are doing over time.
