Trial of Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine OSE2101 in Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Secondary Resistance to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor
This study is for people with advanced lung cancer that has stopped responding to certain immune system treatments. It tests a new treatment called OSE2101 against a standard chemotherapy, Docetaxel, to see which works better. This is a large study trying to find new ways to help patients.

OSE2101 Alone or in Combination With Pembrolizumab vs BSC in Patient With Platinum-sensitive Recurrent OC
This study looks at new treatments for recurrent ovarian cancer that has responded to previous platinum-based chemotherapy. It compares a vaccine (OSE2101) alone, or with another drug (Pembrolizumab), against standard supportive care to see if they can delay the cancer returning.
