TOTAL NEOADJUVANT TREATMENT WITHOUT SURGERY FOR LOCALLY ADVANCED RECTAL CANCER: PROSPECTIVE CLINICAL TRIAL TO ASSESS TUMOR COMPLETE RESPONSE, CIRCULATING TUMOR GENETIC AND EPIGENETIC BIOMARKERS, AND STROMAL TRANSCRIPTOME TO INTERPRET CLINICAL OUTCOME (NO-CUT TRIAL)

This study looks at a new way to treat locally advanced rectal cancer in adults. It's testing if a combination of chemotherapy drugs, without surgery, can effectively remove the tumour. Researchers will also check biological markers in the body to understand how well treatments work.
