Systemic Oxaliplatin or Intra-arterial Chemotherapy Combined With LV5FU2 +/- Irinotecan and an Target Therapy in First Line Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Restricted to the Liver
This study is looking at a new way to treat bowel cancer that has spread only to the liver. It combines standard chemotherapy with newer targeted drugs, and a special way of delivering chemotherapy directly to the liver, to see if it works better.

Second-line Doublet Chemotherapy (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI) Plus Fruquintinib Versus Doublet Chemotherapy (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI) Plus Bevacizumab in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment for advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It combines standard chemotherapy with a new drug called Fruquintinib, comparing it to standard chemotherapy plus another drug, Bevacizumab.
