Atrioventricular Node Ablation and Conduction System Pacing in Patients With Well Controlled Permanent Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Heart Failure and Preserved Ejection Fraction: Heart Rate Regularization Versus Medical Rate Control
This study looks at a new way to treat people with permanent atrial fibrillation and a type of heart failure called HFpEF. It compares a procedure called AV node ablation with a pacemaker to standard medication, aiming to see if it reduces serious heart-related events.
