Study of Durvalumab With Tremelimumab Versus SoC as 1st Line Therapy in Metastatic Non Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (NEPTUNE)
This study is looking at two new drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, for advanced lung cancer. It compares them to standard chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if the new combination helps people live longer and is safe as a first treatment for this type of cancer.

BIOMarkers in Endometrial Cancer - A phase III open label randomized trial to determine the efficacy of biomarker staging as compared to conventional staging in women with presumed early-stage endometrial cancer (The BIOMEC trial)
This study, called BIOMEC, is for women with early-stage womb cancer. It compares two ways of checking the cancer's spread – standard methods versus using special markers. The aim is to see which approach helps women live longer and better. It might involve chemotherapy drugs, paclitaxel and carboplatin.
