Pacritinib vs. Hydroxyurea in Advanced Proliferative Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
This study is looking at a new medicine called pacritinib for a type of blood cancer called advanced chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Researchers want to see if pacritinib works better and is safer than the usual treatment, hydroxyurea. Participants will take one of these medicines for nearly a year.

A Study of Selinexor Monotherapy in Subjects With JAK Inhibitor-naïve Myelofibrosis and Moderate Thrombocytopenia
This study looks at a new drug, selinexor, for people with a bone marrow condition called myelofibrosis. It's for those who haven't tried certain other treatments and have low to normal platelet counts. The main aim is to see if selinexor can shrink an enlarged spleen.
