Pancreatic Cancer and Synchronous Liver Metastases Resection Following Neoadjuvant FOLFIRINOX

This study looks at treating pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver. We want to see if surgery to remove both the main tumour and the liver spots after special chemotherapy called FOLFIRINOX can help patients. It's a small study hoping to improve care.
