Improving uptake of screening for type 2 diabetes after a diagnosis of gestational diabetes in pregnancy: is a home blood test the answer?

This study is testing if a home blood test kit can help more women with a history of diabetes in pregnancy (gestational diabetes) get their follow-up blood sugar check. This check is important as it helps to spot if they are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes later on.
