Can we use ultrasound to assess the structure and size of important speech and swallowing muscles before and after radiotherapy ?

This study uses ultrasound to look at important muscles in the head and neck before and after radiotherapy for certain cancers. We want to see if ultrasound helps us understand how treatment affects speaking and swallowing, and if patients find it useful.
