A randomised trial to understand the benefits of a new intervention designed to reduce muscle overactivity in people with knee osteoarthritis

This study looks at a new physiotherapy called Cognitive Muscular Therapy (CMT) for knee osteoarthritis. It helps people reduce muscle tightness and pain by learning new ways to use their knee muscles. We want to see if it helps those who haven't improved with usual physiotherapy.
