Circulating Tumor DNA Testing in Predicting Treatment for Patients With Stage IIA Colon Cancer After Surgery
This study looks at a blood test (ctDNA) for people with a certain stage of colon cancer after surgery. It helps doctors decide if chemotherapy is helpful by checking for tiny cancer cells left behind that regular scans can't see.

Testing a Standardized Approach to Surgery and Chemotherapy for Type I Pleuropulmonary Blastoma or the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, Topotecan, to the Usual Treatment for Types II and III Pleuropulmonary Blastoma
This study looks at the best way to treat a rare childhood lung cancer called Pleuropulmonary Blastoma (PPB). For Type I PPB, it compares surgery alone to surgery with chemotherapy. For Types II and III PPB, it adds a new drug, Topotecan, to standard treatment.

Pembrolizumab vs. Observation in People With Triple-negative Breast Cancer Who Had a Pathologic Complete Response After Chemotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab
This study looks at whether some people with early triple-negative breast cancer who had a good response to initial treatment can skip further immunotherapy after surgery. It compares continuing pembrolizumab with just being watched closely to see if both approaches are equally good at preventing cancer from coming back.

Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Localized Kidney Cancer Undergoing Nephrectomy
This study looks at a new drug, nivolumab, for kidney cancer that hasn't spread. It compares surgery alone to surgery plus nivolumab to see if the drug can stop the cancer from coming back. It's a phase 3 trial, meaning it's in its later stages of testing.
