This study looks at a new drug called Patritumab deruxtecan for advanced breast or lung cancer that has spread to the brain, or for other advanced solid cancers that have spread to the brain lining. It aims to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and helps people live longer.

A Study of Patritumab Deruxtecan in Pediatric Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors (MK-9999-01C/LIGHTBEAM-U01)
This study is looking for new ways to treat specific childhood cancers that have come back or not responded to previous treatments.
