Pazopanib Vs. Pazopanib Plus Gemcitabine
This study looks at new ways to treat two types of womb cancer: leiomyosarcoma and carcinosarcoma. It compares a drug called pazopanib on its own with pazopanib combined with another drug, gemcitabine, to see which works better at controlling the cancer.

A Study to Investigate Efficacy & Safety of Intratumoral INT230-6 Compared to US Standard of Care in Adults With Soft Tissue Sarcomas (INVINCIBLE-3)
This study compares a new treatment, INT230-6, to standard care for advanced soft tissue sarcoma, a type of cancer. It's for adults whose cancer has grown despite previous treatments. The main goal is to see if INT230-6 helps people live longer.
