PC945, PC945 Placebo Nebuliser Liquid clinical trials

A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to assess the safety and efficacy of nebulized PC945 when added to systemic antifungal therapy for the treatment of refractory invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (OPERA-T study)

This study is looking into a new treatment for a serious lung infection called refractory invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. It's testing if adding a special mist (nebulized PC945) to usual medicines helps people get better. We want to see how many people improve after 12 weeks.
