A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Pegozafermin in Participants With MASH and Fibrosis (ENLIGHTEN-Fibrosis)
This study is looking into a new medicine called pegozafermin for people with a liver condition called MASH, which includes scarring (fibrosis). It compares pegozafermin to a dummy medicine to see if it's safe and helps improve the liver. We want to find better ways to treat this condition.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Pegozafermin in Participants With Compensated Cirrhosis Due to MASH
This study is testing a new medicine, Pegozafermin, for people with a severe liver condition called MASH with cirrhosis. It will check how well the medicine works and if it's safe compared to a dummy medicine.

To Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Pegozafermin in Subjects With Severe Hypertriglyceridemia
This study looks at a new drug called Pegozafermin for people with very high triglyceride levels, a type of fat in the blood. Researchers want to see if this drug can safely lower these levels over 26 weeks compared to a dummy drug.
