A Three-Part Phase 3 Study of Sofetabart Mipitecan in Participants With Platinum-Resistant (Part A) and Platinum-Sensitive (Parts B and C) Ovarian Cancer
This study is testing a new medicine, Sofetabart Mipitecan, for certain ovarian, fallopian tube, and peritoneal cancers. It aims to see if it works better than current treatments and is safe, for people whose cancer either has or hasn't responded well to previous platinum-based treatments.

AZD5335 vs. Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in FRα-high and AZD5335 vs. Chemotherapy in FRα-low Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer
This study is looking into a new drug, AZD5335, for women with advanced ovarian cancer that has become resistant to usual chemotherapy. It compares AZD5335 to existing treatments to see if it works better at controlling the cancer's growth.

Study to Assess the Efficacy of Rina-S Compared to Treatment of Investigator's Choice in Participants With Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer
This study is testing a new drug called Rina-S for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. It compares Rina-S to standard chemotherapy treatments. You have an equal chance of receiving Rina-S or a standard chemotherapy. All participants receive active treatment, no placebo.
