PEMBROLIZUMAB, NIVOLUMAB, IPILIMUMAB, DACARBAZINE clinical trials

A Phase 2, single arm study on dacarbazine (DTIC) followed by immunotherapy re-challenge in unresectable or metastatic melanoma with primary resistance to PD-1/PD-L1 or PD-1 + CTLA-4 blockade (PROMIT: PReconditioning of TumOr, Tumor Microenvironment and the Immune System to ImmunoTherapy)

This study looks at a new way to treat melanoma, a type of skin cancer, using existing drugs. It combines an older chemotherapy drug (dacarbazine) with newer immunotherapy treatments (pembrolizumab, nivolumab, ipilimumab) for people whose cancer hasn't responded to immunotherapy alone. We want to see if this combination helps more people.
