Study of Tinengotinib VS. Physician's Choice a Treatment of Subjects With FGFR-altered in Cholangiocarcinoma

This study is testing a new medicine, Tinengotinib, for people with a type of bile duct cancer called cholangiocarcinoma. It's for those whose cancer has specific genetic changes (FGFR-altered) and hasn't responded to previous treatments, including an FGFR inhibitor drug. Researchers want to see if Tinengotinib is safe and works better than other treatments.
