The Analgesic Efficacy of Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG) Block in Patients Undergoing Primary Total Hip Arthoplasty:

This study is looking at a new pain relief method called a PENG block during hip replacement surgery. We want to see if it helps reduce pain better than a dummy treatment. We'll use a local anaesthetic called ropivacaine.
