Effects of Cranberry on Gut and Metabolic Health
This study looks at how cranberry drinks affect health in overweight people. We want to see if cranberries can help with blood sugar, fats, and gut bacteria. Participants will drink cranberry or a dummy drink for 12 weeks to see the effects.
