A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind Trial of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Enzalutamide Plus ADT Versus Placebo Plus Enzalutamide Plus ADT in Participants With Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mHSPC) (KEYNOTE-991)

This study is looking at a new treatment for men with prostate cancer that has spread and still responds to hormone therapy. It compares a new drug, pembrolizumab, with a standard treatment (enzalutamide and hormone therapy) to see if it works better at slowing cancer growth and helping men live longer.
