A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of orally administered GLPG3667 once daily for 24 weeks in adult subjects with dermatomyositis

This study is testing a new medicine called GLPG3667 for adults with dermatomyositis. We want to see if it helps improve their condition, if it's safe to use, and how the body handles it. Participants will take either the medicine or a dummy pill for 24 weeks.
