Study of SRP-1003 in Participants With Type 1 Myotonic Dystrophy
This study is testing a new medicine called SRP-1003 for people with a muscle condition called Type 1 Myotonic Dystrophy. Researchers want to see if it's safe, how the body handles it, and if it might help. It's compared to a dummy medicine to understand its effects better.

A Study in Ovarian Cancer Patients Evaluating Rucaparib and Nivolumab as Maintenance Treatment Following Response to Front-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy
This study is for women with advanced ovarian cancer who've had their first treatment. It's testing if two medications, rucaparib and nivolumab, given after initial treatment, can help prevent the cancer from returning or growing. It compares these drugs to dummy treatments.
