A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Phase 2 Study with Open-label Extension to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Namilumab in Subjects with Chronic Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

This study is looking at a new medicine called Namilumab for people with a long-term lung condition called chronic pulmonary sarcoidosis. We want to see if it helps reduce flare-ups or problems, and if it's safe to use. Some people will get the new medicine, and others will get a dummy medicine.
