CLEOPATTRA: A Research Study to Look at the Effects of Treatment With a Medicine Called Coramitug (NNC6019-0001) in People With Heart Failure Due to Transthyretin Amyloid (ATTR) Amyloidosis

This study looks at a new medicine called Coramitug for heart failure caused by a condition called ATTR amyloidosis. It aims to see if Coramitug can reduce serious heart problems. People will either get the medicine or a dummy treatment, alongside their usual care.
