A Randomized, Controlled, Multi-Center Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Paltusotine in Subjects with Acromegaly Treated with Long-acting Somatostatin Receptor Ligands
This study is looking into a new tablet called paltusotine for people with acromegaly, a condition where your body makes too much growth hormone. It wants to see if this tablet can help keep hormone levels normal, similar to current long-acting treatments.

A Randomized, Controlled, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Paltusotine in Subjects with Non-pharmacologically Treated Acromegaly (PATHFNDR-2)
This study, called PATHFNDR-2, is for adults with acromegaly who haven't started medication yet. It's testing a new drug, Paltusotine, against a dummy pill to see if it can help control hormone levels (IGF-1). Researchers want to find out if Paltusotine is safe and effective.
