Does High-dose Vitamin B3 Supplementation Prevent Major Adverse Kidney Events During Septic Shock?

This study is testing if a high dose of vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) can help prevent kidney problems in very sick patients with an infection called septic shock. We want to see if it reduces serious kidney issues within 30 days.
