Randomized Clinical Trial for the Treatment of Lateral Epicondylitis with Debridement Arthroscopic Versus Cytokine-Rich Autologous Serum. (SARC)

This study compares two ways to treat elbow pain, often called tennis elbow. One treatment uses a special serum from your own blood, given as injections. The study wants to see if this new treatment works better and is safer than standard surgery.
