Treatment of Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis With Engineered Cartilage.

This study is looking at a new way to treat knee pain when the cartilage behind the kneecap is worn out. We're comparing a new cartilage treatment made from nose cells with a standard treatment using your own blood. We want to see if the new treatment works better.
