Study of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, Pembrolizumab, and Platinum-based Chemotherapy in First-line HER2 Overexpressing Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is looking at a new combination of medicines for a type of lung cancer that has spread or can’t be removed by surgery. It compares a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan plus pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy plus pembrolizumab.

A Study of EP0031 (Lunbotinib) in Patients With Advanced RET-altered Malignancies
This study is testing a new medicine called EP0031 for advanced cancers caused by problems with a gene called RET. It aims to see if EP0031 is safe, what side effects it causes, and how well it works, especially for a type of lung cancer called NSCLC.
