Study of Plozasiran (ARO-APOC3) in Adults With Severe Hypertriglyceridemia
This study is testing a new injection, Plozasiran, for adults with very high triglycerides. It will check if the treatment is safe and effective compared to a dummy injection over 12 months. Afterwards, participants might continue in an optional extension.

This study is testing a new injection called Plozasiran for adults with very high triglyceride levels. Participants have already been in related studies and will receive the injection every three months for two years, while following a low-fat diet.
