Post-operative Radiotherapy After Neodjuvant Chemo-immunotherapy and Surgery in Stage III NSCLC

This study looks at whether radiation therapy after surgery helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who still have some cancer cells left. It compares patients who get radiation to those who don't, to see if it improves how long they live without the cancer returning.
